This high quality business park portfolio is made up six key parks totalling 3.5 million sq ft along the M3 and M4 corridors to include;

Since Fraser Property’s first acquisitions in 2017 through to the purchase of Lakeshore at Bedfont Lakes in early 2020, it has created a market leading portfolio which is now at an exciting stage of its evolution. It appointed MAPP as property manager last year and the appointment of CBRE and Hollis Hockley as leasing agents across the whole portfolio is a major step forward in the harmonisation of many similar, but different assets under a ‘One Estate’ strategy.
