There’s no stopping our Chineham community when it comes to wellness! The regulars to our FREE Bootcamp were raring to go with local personal trainer, Jill Cunningham, putting them through their paces!
The park’s new monthly Meditation sessions also got off to a great start with our first FREE taster session, now running monthly, to help our community feel refreshed and restored.
These classes are part of a program of initiatives planned for the year to enhance the wellbeing of our community, and, what’s more, we’re supporting local businesses too!
The response to the Meditation class was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees expressing that it provided a refreshing lift in the middle of the day.
