Frasers Property UK adds international gaming company and technology communications provider to emerging tech cluster, finishing 2022 with 125,000 sq ft of deals

Frasers Property UK has secured two new leases at its thriving business park in Hampshire – adding Turtle Beach Europe and a global tech communications company to its growing roster of technology-focused occupiers based at Chineham Park.

Turtle Beach Europe Limited, one of the world’s leading gaming accessory providers, is relocating from Basingstoke town centre to a 7,000 sq ft office at the business park.

The tech communications company has taken a new lease with almost 14,000 sq ft of office space in the newly-refurbished Rosewood building and is planning its fit out ahead of taking occupation in Q1 2023.

The moves follow a growing number of technology companies that have relocated to or increased their office space at Chineham Park, underscoring its appeal to the technology industry. Earlier in 2022, Frasers Property UK announced new lettings to tech marketing agency Resource iT and cybersecurity specialists Nomios, whilst expanding long-term occupier TD Synnex into 51,000 sq ft at Maplewood.

In total this year Chineham Park has completed new lettings and renewals on 125,000 sq ft, making it one of its most successful years since Frasers Property’s ownership in 2017.

Tina Cosgrove, Asset Manager at Frasers Property UK, said:

“Our new arrivals at Chineham Park signals the continued growth of the technology company cluster being established here. The first-class office space, great location, access to co-working space, our award-winning landscaped exterior and a busy events calendar make it an ideal investment for companies looking for high quality office locations with exemplary facilities and strong transport connections.”

Chineham Park is located just outside Basingstoke in Hampshire.

Frasers Property UK was represented by Hollis Hockley and CBRE.
