Frasers Property is making improvements to Chineham Park which will provide a big boost to the park and our business community.
We know sustainability is at the top of the list for all our occupiers and in working towards Net Zero Carbon by 2030, we have important work on projects to enhance our solar power and create improved biodiverse landscaping. We’re also refurbing Larchwood (Previously Redwood 2) and we’re creating overflow parking.
At Pinewood we are are creating space for a new overflow carpark and sustainability intiatives. Project work starts May 15th and will be completed Summer 2023.
