Last year Chineham Park hosted a very successful two-day Mental Health First Aid course aimed at HR and Office Managers who wanted to learn more about how to spot the signs of staff under stress or maybe suffering from mental health issues, and how to support them in their working environment.

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 13 May, Chineham Park is looking to offer a Mental Health Awareness course, which is a half day event for any staff member to attend.

The details are:

Half Day (4 hours) – Mental Health Awareness Course.

Designed to give delegates an overview of mental health.

The cost of the course is £80 per delegate (and includes all materials, RRP is £125).

Minimum number of delegates is 8 with a maximum of 25.

The awareness course will provide attendees with:

  • An understanding of what mental health is and how to challenge stigma
  • A basic knowledge of some common mental health issues
  • An introduction to looking after your own mental health and maintaining wellbeing

At the moment, Chineham Park is trying to gauge interest for this course and once we know numbers, dates will be confirmed.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Wendy Scott, Chineham Park’s Customer Manager by emailing wendy.scott@colliers.com.
