Bootcamp

Make sure you try out the new bootcamp class every Wednesday from 12:30-13:15 on the Amenity Green. These high intensity 45-minute sessions contain a broad mix of cardiovascular and bodyweight exercises, to provide a whole-body workout that builds endurance and strength. Your first class is FREE and is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.
