The three new occupiers join a number of technology focused companies at Chineham Park. Nomios in particular has significantly invested in fitting out its new offices which includes breakout rooms and co-working spaces. Corr Recruitment has relocated from its original town centre location in Basingstoke to benefit from the vibrant community atmosphere. ResourceiT has committed to a 10-year term, marking an exciting new chapter for the business.
Situated North of Basingstoke, Chineham Park is an ideal location for commuters – with its close proximity to the town’s ring road, the A33 and the M3 and M4 motorways. Commuters also benefit from a shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes between Chineham Park, the train station and Basingstoke town centre.

“Chineham Park is on an exciting trajectory of attracting those in the technology sector, due to its high-tech fit out and modern facilities. We design workspaces which inspire and attract new talent and our amenities provide spaces where teams can collaborate and share best practice.
“We look forward to welcoming Nomios, Corr Recruitment and Resource iT to the Chineham Park family.”
Andrew Knowles, Regional Director, Corr Recruitment said:
“Corr Recruitment has recently moved from Basingstoke centre near Festival Place to Chineham Park. It is the best move we have made and definitely the right choice! Our old office was surrounded by vacant premises and generally made our staff feel lonely and demotivated. Moving to a bright and vibrant business park has changed the mood and morale instantly, with a noticeable impact on productivity!
We are so glad we came across Chineham Business Park and we very much look forward to many years ahead in this wonderful environment.”
Tory Simpson, General Manager, ResourceiT said:
“Our move to Chineham Business Park represents an exciting next step for ResourceiT. As a channel marketing agency, we needed a space that would inspire and fuel the teams’ creativity, and one that would also support our growth plans over the coming years. Chineham Business Park ticked all of our boxes, and it’s a huge bonus that some of our key customers including Tech Data, Lumen and Exertis are now just a stone’s throw away across the park.
We are beyond excited to be moving into such high-quality office space with heaps of natural light and green space – it truly is a new era for ResourceiT!”
