Frasers Property UK, owner and developer of Chineham Park in Basingstoke has announced a run of recent lettings to major corporations totalling over 16,800 sq ft. of space.

Conair Group Ltd (Babyliss), one of the largest and most diversified consumer product companies in the world, joins HID and Ringo at Maplewood, a flagship building at Chineham Park. Conair has relocated from Fleet, taking a 10-year lease in 8,300 sq ft. Following its extensive refurbishment in 2019, Maplewood now boasts centrally located, co-working space with a triple height atrium close to onsite amenities. There is 52,000 sq ft. remaining across the first and second floors.

Kuhne+Nagel, a leading global logistics partner offering highly specialised solutions for major industries worldwide, has returned to Chineham Park on a five-year lease to occupy 6,200 sq ft. in 100 Cedarwood.

Elsewhere across the business park, UK print and paper distribution company, Antalis has committed to 2,300 sq ft. on a five-year lease after relocating from just outside Basingstoke town centre. Their new space is in the Spindlewood building, a popular amenity location on the park.

New and existing companies to Chineham Park will benefit from a new co-working amenity – ‘The Exchange’, a dynamic co-working meeting space and coffee bar offering people a place to connect and collaborate in an inspiring, technology-rich environment.

Rupert Batho, Commercial Director at Frasers Property UK said: “The leasing momentum at Chineham Park has been picking up steadily, driven by greater demand from technology and consumer sectors. Over the past year, there has been much debate about the future of the office. As we emerge from the UK’s third lockdown, it is especially pleasing that our sense of purpose is being recognised by so many companies – the concentration on their people completely aligns with our focus on inspiring experiences and creating places for good.”

Frasers Property UK’s agents at Chineham Park are CBRE and Hollis Hockley. Kuehne + Nagel was represented by Clews & Co, while Antalis was represented by SBH.
