COVID-19 Update
Here at Chineham Park, we aim to keep business moving forward during this difficult time and remain fully committed to providing an ongoing service to clients across all areas of our business. We will be reviewing and monitoring developments continuously, and finding new ways to collaborate with our colleagues and customers across the globe.

As we aim to adapt to working in both this very disruptive and fast changing time, our main priority is the safety and well-being of all our occupiers, staff and their families. From last week, we introduced strict measures in line with UK government advice and introduced new hygiene, social distancing and pre-meeting screening protocols in all our workplaces as well as finding new ways to operate remotely. Finally we would like to express our sympathies to everyone who has been affected and continues to be affected by the COVID-19 virus. We would also like to show our support to the key workers including doctors, nurses and teachers who are working tirelessly across the country.

Chineham Park welcomes MAPP as new property management company

Frasers Property, owners and developers of Chineham Park have recently announced the arrival of a new property management company, MAPP to look after all aspects of facilities and property management. 

MAPP is a leading property management specialist and alongside Chineham Park, will be looking after Frasers Property’s other South East estates: Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire, Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Maxis in Bracknell, and Winnersh Triangle in Berkshire. Together they total over 3 million sq ft of office, industrial and retail space. 

The onsite team at Chineham Park remains the same. So Richard, Wendy and Martyna will still be a main point of contact for all occupiers. The team will now have a larger and more specific support network within the MAPP family and will continue to deliver the very best service. 

MAPP’s appointment reflects mutual high standards of property management and customer experience delivery which are both key criteria for these important assets. Frasers Property’s strategy seeks to create dynamic business communities, with a rich variety of high calibre occupiers across technology, and professional services, amongst other industries.
