Frasers Property UK, in collaboration with property management specialist MAPP and landscaper expert Nurture Group, has received a Green Flag Award at Chineham Park, Basingstoke.
Frasers Property UK, in partnership with MAPP and Nurture Group, has been awarded the Green Flag Award for Chineham Park in Basingstoke, officially recognising it as one of the UK’s best-managed green spaces for the 7th year in a row. The park is now among only 2,250 sites nationwide to achieve this internationally recognised award.
The Green Flag Award scheme, managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, recognises and rewards well-managed parks and green spaces, setting the benchmark standard for the management of green spaces across the United Kingdom and beyond.
Chineham Park, which is owned, developed and managed by Frasers Property, is an 815,000 sq ft mixed-use business park offering a wide range of buildings and amenities. Its extensive open green spaces create opportunities for well-managed landscapes that promote greater wellbeing, encourage connections with nature and support local wildlife, benefitting occupiers, the local community and the wider environment. The business park is home to a diverse mix of occupiers such as Turtle Beach, RingGo, Conair Group and Instavolt.
