Each year Sebastian’s Action Trust, our Chineham Park charity of the year, hosts Christmas in July. Sebastian’s Trust focuses on providing emotional, social and practical care for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families.

This special second Christmas is hosted every year for the terminally ill young people they support who sadly won’t make it until Christmas.
For some of the charity’s families, Christmas may be a time of sadness rather than joy, so their special Christmas in July party aims to put the magic and sparkle of Christmas back into their lives – in the middle of summer!
Last year’s event was hosted on zoom, but 2019 was an amazing event – with lots of attractions, rides, games, stalls, food, entertainment, music, arts and crafts. Hundreds of families enjoyed a day out to remember at Ascot Racecourse and every one of the children received a present from Father Christmas himself.
The charity is looking for Chineham Park occupiers to donate a number of Christmas gifts including Lego, craft sets and slime kits. You can see and donate the full list here via Amazon.

The deadline for donating gifts is 16 July. You can donate via the link above or drop gifts to the receptionists on site.

Let’s make this the best Christmas in July yet!
